These were much fresher than I expected, and the vacuum packaging definitely helps keep the sticks from drying out too quickly. Once the tip softens, the fibres become easy to use and leave the mouth feeling really clean and refreshed afterwards.I’ve been using them alongside regular brushing and they’re great for quick freshening up during the day. The natural flavour is mild and pleasant, and the sticks feel much more comfortable after the first couple of uses once you get used to them.I also like that they’re completely natural and easy to carry around without needing toothpaste or extra products all the time. There’s a small learning curve at first when preparing the fibres properly, but after that they’re straightforward to use.Really nice if you’re interested in traditional oral care or just want a more natural option for keeping your mouth feeling fresh.
Tastes like cocaine. Weird..
Really good
I’ve given a 5 star based on the fact that I’m sure they are ment for some people just not me.They have a horrible taste, leave bits in your mouth and you just need to brush afterwards anyway.

Really good. Durable and my usual go to for miswaks. Described as it is and a lot thicker than usual ones which is great.
Never used before but they’re great better than expected I would definitely recommend giving them a go also you get 3, one of each size!
Used these before. They were a lot smaller and easier to use. However, a great product overall, improves dental hygiene, tastes like you would expect a stick to taste and does the job like advertised.Would recommend.
As advertised, but not for me :( Tastes very strongly of ginger and it is very difficult to clean the back of your teeth with them. Studies show that they're pretty good for dental hygiene, though. So, if you don't mind the taste & a bit of extra work, I'd say buy just to try them. I imagine they could be good for a use after lunch or a snack in the office.
They do clean your teeth well, I just can't get used to the taste so haven't used them as much as I thought I would have.
product is great and cheap. inly thing i would say is 1 of the products shapes are a weird but still no complaints.
Really good Miswak!!
Stinks to high heavens. Think licorice of the strongest intensity. My advice? Forget about brushing your teeth. Just focus on chewing the stick to reveal the fibers. Once you see them, and how insanely comparable they are to a toothbrush, you'll probably WANT to continue. That's how I went from wanting to stick it in someone's A/C duct as a prank, to regularly using it alongside normal hygiene methods.
The stick is very stinky and its something I don’t think I can ever get used to, but it does in fact work. I have noticed the effects of a fresher mouth that lasts all day. But I wish the stick wasn’t so stinky!
In practice the bristles (fibres) are too thick and fall apart easily, so I ended up with my teeth not brushed in between and full of root fibres. The taste isn't bad
I can't for the life of me find it in me to bother brushing my teeth before bed so I got these so I can casually chew before going to sleep. I decided to buy these after getting a recommendation from a friend and I have to say so far so good. My teeth, tongue, and gums feel much cleaner before and after going to bed and the lack or reduced amount of morning breath pretty much proves it. The taste takes some getting used to though I'm not going to lie, it took me probably a month to ignore or bear the taste. However, I didn't expect it to taste like candy or licorice root, which is barely as good for cleaning. The taste isn't too bad though because on a scale of 0-vodka being 10 I'd give it a 3, it gives a mild sense that you're ingesting something toxic similar to vodka without nausea so if you're the type to be a picker eater or can't soldier through a mild vodka taste, this is not for you.
What a lovely product, just after 2 days I could notice a difference in my teeth, they felt smooth and so clean and there was a change in the colour of my teeth. There was a slight woody smell on opening the packaging but by day 2 I didn’t even notice the smell, you need to peel the bark, then wet and chew the exposed stick to form a brush, the stick flakes but I rinsed my mouth after use.Love this product will definitely buy these again.
Ignore bad reviews - this has a fantastic taste and normal tree smell. This is how a natural piece of miswak tree smells, it is vacuum packed and kept moist, so when you first open, you may find the smell unusual. If you are used to the natural, organic living, this smell will clearly appear more natural to you. But for people, who are used to living with chemicals and synthetic smells, they may find this smell bad. Just wait, shortly, you will see it is a natural tree's authentic smell and disperse quickly. It leaves a fantastic taste in mouth, a very neutral feeling, clean feeling, it is perfectly soft enough, it is perfect thickness, high quality bit of best tree stick for teeth health used since ancient times. You can tell how fresh your mouth, teeth, gum feel - fresh and perfectly moist taste, unlike the toothpaste which dries the mouth and leaves a burning sensation.
Very good to use in conjunction with baking powder (or products containing baking powder) for nicotine/coffee/red wine stained teeth. Highly reccommend it considering some comments made with regards to fluorine content in some toothpastes - also its biogradability re: plastic toothbrushes. I was very happy with this particular muswak obtention, however: Christian zealots may very well accuse a person cleaning their teeth with muswak of covorting with the devil (actually happened to me on a beautiful sunny day which was shocking to say the least) which is just a way of demonising muslims (the people who cultivate the tree from which these useful little dental hygiene products are derived from are currently mainly from that religiom as I am so far aware). It is also useful for those wishing to cut down on cigarette smoking as it is an oral passifier.
I was initially disappointed as I ordered quite a few packs but they were all of different thicknesses. The largest one was thicker than my thumb... the miswak was 1.5cm thick and approx 20cm long. Although I wanted to use a slender miswak, I persisted and started with the thickest one! It still fits in my mouth and cleans my teeth. Every other day I cut the top bristles, so I’m hoping that after a month I can finish this and move onto a miswak that is less jumbo-sized. As for the taste, it is pretty normal. When first using it, you may experience a strong taste that’s not great. However, gradually as you wash it and use it daily, then chop off the dry bristles, you will appreciate the natural taste.
